1 can chickpeas (drained)
3 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 C. tahini
½ t. salt
Olive oil (about ¼-1/3 C.)
Mix chickpeas, garlic, juice, tahini and salt in a food processor. Slowly stream in olive oil until desired thickness. Serve with pita bread, chips or veggies.
