Holiday Recipe – Sweet and Spicy Cheese Ball

1 lb. cream cheese
½ C. crushed pineapple (drained)
½ C. chunky salsa
1/3 C. roasted pecans (chopped fine)

Mix first 3 ingredients together and then form into a ball or log shape. (wax paper is helpful) coat in pecans and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with crackers
