~Find an activity you like, keep trying new ones until you find one you enjoy.
~Remember you don’t have to do all you’re working out in a day at one time. A 30 min. workout could be a 10 min. walk on your lunch break, 15 min. of aerobics, and 5 lifting weights.
~Many daily activities can be exercise.
~Start small and add time, number of workouts, or intensity as you go, to prevent hurting yourself.
~ If you have any health problems you should work with your doctor to make sure you have picked a good program for you. Everyone else should call their doctor like all the exercise commercials say, and please, report back on any funny answers you get. (Like you doctor is going to say “No, your healthy, don’t exercise.”?)
