~Schedule time on your calendar for family and friends the same way you do with work.
~Take a hard look at your family’s schedules are you doing to many unnecessary activities, are there ways you can combine activities so you are spending more time together.
~Plan a set repeating event; for example once a month you will go to dinner with a friend, each month find one friend who can go.
~Remember time spent together doesn’t have to be a big, special event, involve your kids in grocery shopping, invite neighbors over for 15 mins. of talking and coffee.
