We will be giving you a few tips on how to successes at all 10 resolutions in the following days. Today here are some general tips for what ever your’s is.
~Make sure your doing this at least in part for yourself. Sure you may try to quit smoking because it’s bad for you, but unless you care that it’s bad, you won’t stop.
~Break your goal up into small parts. It’s easier to think about losing 10 pounds in the next 3 months then 50 pounds this year.
~If you mess up one day that doesn’t mean you have to stop trying. Some days you won’t get around to your new activities; expect it to happen, especially at first. Remember if you do something for 30 days it has become a habit and you will have an easier time. So, stick out that 1st month.
~Telling others your goal increases you chances of following through on them.
