Recipe: Cranberry Sauce with a Bite

1 C. Water
1 C. Sugar
3 C. Cranberries
1/2 t. grated Ginger
1/4 t. Black Pepper
Dash Cayenne Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat until boiling and all the cranberries pop. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to serving bowl and cool in fridge until set.
