A small, but prestigious college receives some unusual letters, for each person that the school turned down they got a letter written in red, bloodlike ink only saying "Still Coming". They are all posted from the right cities, and there are slight differences in handwriting but besides that they are identical. From that time on things get odd in the small town nearby; ghosts, lights messing up, fires, angry mobs, etc.
