Although it was printed during the time that Matt Smith was 11, most of the essays either deal with only classic Who or sound like the were written during 9 or early 10. It deals with many issues of time travel, regeneration, ethics, art, the villains of the show, and the culture that produced the show. Also there were a collection of quotes.
