This short book is an attempt to keep the local legends and history of the island of Bocas del Toro. It includes lists of superstitions some divided by what people/occasion it relates to, some by which of the mix of different ethnic groups on the island it is from. It also includes local history and stories. It also includes interviews with older locals on the subject of superstitions and paranormal things they experienced or heard of when they were younger.
