Adulting by: Liz Talley
Fiction: e-book
1st, this book has a trigger warning at the front as it does deal with many adult themes like sexual abuse, substance abuse, and suicide.  Most of these events happen "off screen" but they are central parts of the plot.  The main plot is a young Hollywood starlet who was a child star but is now mainly known for doing drugs, and random guys, who is put into rehab so she can get a part in a film. Part of the rehab incudes some one-on-one training on how to do adulting by a therapist that has a background with the director of the film.
